Directions

Located just a few blocks north of the DeKalb County courthouse in the heart of downtown Decatur, Church Street Animal Hospital is easily accessible from any direction. Click on the red marker on the map above to obtain directions.

Hours

We are open from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday. Doctors hours are by appointment, starting at 9:00 AM.

Please note that our entire hospital staff meets for "rounds" from 8:45 A.M. until 9:00 A.M. every morning and from 1:45 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. every afternoon. We feel that these meetings are necessary to maintain the quality care and consistency that you have come to expect from our staff. We apologize for any delay that you may experience as a result of our availability during these times.

After Hours Emergencies

If your pet has an illness or emergency after regular hospital hours, please contact the DeKalb-Gwinnett Animal Emergency Clinic at 770-491-0661. They are located at 6430 Lawrenceville Highway, Tucker, Georgia.
